At MOMOTEES, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. The following Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and policies regarding the shipment of our products.

We ship to all addresses within Singapore.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping rates may vary based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Processing Time
Normal orders are processed within 3-5 days, while Pre-Orders are processed after pre-orders close. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
3.2 Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4.1 Shipping Schedule
Normal orders will be shipped out within 1 week of confirmation. Pre-orders will be shipped out within 1 - 2 months after confirmation of order. More details will be sent out through emails and social media announcements.

5. Damages
MOMOTEES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
